Frankfurt and miller define "truth" differently. For Frankfurt truth is the truth for the whole, it is a truth held evidant for all people and not the individual truth. For Miller it is the opposite, it is truth for the individual. For miller the truth is about what the person feels is true, even if everyone else considers it a falsity.
